This building is the largest dormitory for workers involved in the marine, manufacturing, processing and construction industry in Singapore. The dormitory has 16,800 beds and is a self-contained living quarters which is equipped with facilities such as common toilets, designated cooking and food preparation area, laundry area as well as a common dining-interacting area.
